Comments: Ben and his crew did a great job for me. The project started out as a simple finish what I didn't. They matched texture on my ceiling where I had left off, painted it and trimmed out my windows. I was so impressed, I had them complete the kitchen with tile, a backsplash and the island. They filled in the sunken family room with concrete to level out the great room, tiled, removed popcorn ceiling and textured and painted to match. Additionally they covered a steel beam and support posts with wood to match the rest of the house. The team moved on to repair an old addition on the exterior, replace the old French doors with glass sliding doors and paint and tile the addition. The masterpiece was the mudroom where Ben used barn wood to create a feature wall and hung the old sunroom french door as the mudroom door. They also poured two slabs, both of which were done with precision and detail. Ben was wonderful to work with and personally supervised all of his workers. I highly recommend Lawler Contracting Services.

Comments: These guys are great! We used Lawler Contracting for our business remodel and room additions. Let me tell you that we had an extreme time crunch to get this done and moved in. Ben pulled the permits and coordinated all of the jobs to get done (construction, sheet rock, stone work, tile, paint, etc..). They knocked it out of the park!! It looks amazing!! I have been working with Ben for about a year now and we've completed about 5 projects together thus far. Since we work in the same industry I have to say that I've worked with my fair share of contractors and Ben really stands out against the competition. Ben Lawler is the only contractor I trust my referrals and projects to. He is an honest, dependable and trustworthy contractor worth his weight in gold on remodel projects. Its my experience that generally contractors cut corners and treat their crews with very little respect. Ben treats all of his crews with great respect and always puts the customer's needs first.

When doing medium to large remodel projects there will always be speed bumps and unforeseens but not all contractors handle these situations properly. I've seen Ben come to the rescue several times even when the glitch had nothing to do with him. He has always been a straight shooter and is actually on-site more than any other contractor I've worked with thus far. We recently hired Ben to oversee some extensive house renovations - all new flooring throughout, a master bath update, etc. This was our first time undertaking renovations of this size, and we were living in the house while it was happening - already a stressful setup, but it would've been much worse if we didn't have a quality contractor. We were SO GLAD we decided to go with Lawler Contracting. He kept track of all the different moving pieces and teams, let us know what would be happening every day so we could have that area ready for work, and was generally just extremely helpful and friendly. My wife and I hired Ben and Tammy to oversee a pretty extensive remodel of our new home.  We did new flooring throughout, new paint, and complete kitchen remodel.  Ben and Tammy were able to navigate some complex structural issues related to our kitchen remodel as we wanted to remove some walls to achieve a more open layout.  The result definitely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier!  Ben and Tammy work with top notch sub contractors to get the job done quickly and smoothly.  They were also very responsive, we were pretty much in daily contact with them throughout the remodel process.  We really enjoyed working with them, and we're looking forward to hiring them again for our future remodel projects!
