OUR PROCESS

Step by step Process

  • Schedule initial consultation to meet onsite and go over the scope of your project. Plan on 60 - 90 minutes for the appointment.

  • During the consultation we will gather all the information we need to submit a rough estimate.

We love meeting with potential clients and having the opportunity to see first hand what your vision is for your project. At this time we are able to determine if your project will require a permit, Licensed trades and/or the services of an Engineer or an Architect. We understand that time and cost are two of the largest determining factors for any project. With that in mind, we issue a rough cost estimate and a rough start date/duration as soon as possible in order to help you decide if your desired project is within your time frame and budget. We reserve the right to decline any project.

you receive your rough estimate, you’d like to move forward, what’s next?

  • We collect a Non-refundable deposit to schedule a trade day based on your ballpark estimate.

    Non Refundable Deposit-$500.00

  • We will schedule a day and time for site visits as required for crew leads, architect and engineer to go over the scope of the project.

a)Architect and Engineer fees are not included in deposit and will be an additional charge.

    b) If Architect/Engineer drawings are required by your municipality, then these must be obtained in order to move forward to final estimate.

  • We will issue a detailed final estimate to you through our estimate/invoicing system.

It is important to understand that unforeseen issues can arise during any construction project. Any of these issues not specifically stated in the estimate will have to be addressed at the time they arise and may incur additional charges.

  1. Once you approve our final estimate we will convert it into an invoice and we confirm on a start date.

  2. We will issue a contract and rough timeline to you for signature.

  3. We require a deposit outlined in your contract, the rest of the payment schedule is also outlined in your contract so you know when your payments are due.

    Work begins!
